Even though Fall is barely here, the change in weather has hit me hard! The 20 degree drop in temperature left me with a terrible cold which I decided to sweat out with a hike around the beautiful Tribble Mill Park yesterday. It also gave me an opportunity to try out my new Nike Free Tr 4 sneakers.
I wanted a light sneaker that still gives enough support to run, lift weights, jog, walk, hike, shop – in other words my go to active shoe and the Nike Free Tr 4 is it. These are by far the most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn. The best part is the built in ventilation. Your feet never get hot!
“The Nike Free TR 4 Women’s Training Shoe features a flexible midsole and an all-new lightweight mesh upper engineered to support training-specific multidirectional movements, making it perfect for functional training, cardio, core work and other gym workouts” – NIKE
I love them, they are comfortable, well ventilated and have great support. Better than all of this is the price point at $100! I will certainly be getting them in a few more colors!
