Congratulations Ozi & Eddie!!! At last we arrived! All the gyming, dieting and dress fittings were worth it when we finally got to Miami! Here are the unofficial vaca pics… watch this space for the official wedding photos and videos!
:: WELCOME TO MIAMI!! ::
We Stayed at the St. Regis Bal Harbor – Conveniently across the street from the Bal Harbor Shops! While we didn’t do any heavy shopping, we did pop in to Vilebrequin with our brother where we were wowed! by these $9,000 swim shorts!
The thread used to stitch each turtle is made from 24k gold
We also fell in love with these Daddy and me swim sets! SO cute!
We kept Lunch light on day one. The Sante Fe Cafe on the second floor at the Bal Harbor Shops was great! I had the Caprese Stack Salad with Prosciutto… yum, yum, yum!
:: DAY 2, Beach Day / Garden Cocktails ::
The St. Regis Wedge Seafood salad with Aioli dressing was perfect for the beach! Filling but light, and easy to share! The salad came topped with fresh mango, cherry tomatoes, grilled prawns, seared scallops, calamari and aioli dressing.

:: DAY 3! WEDDING DAY! ::
:: DAY 4 – RECOVERY ::
:: DAY 5, BRAVE THE HURRICANE! ::
Only when the Ibru Family descends on Miami, is there a hurricane & severe weather warning in the middle of April! We braved the storm and still made it to the Design District for lunch at Michaels Genuine Food & Drink! It’s a fantastic restaurant. We tried a selection of things from the menu – all made from scratch to order.
